So the weather has finally finished my battery off but in a vien atemped to to get to work this morning I tried bumping off in 4th and 3rd down a decent hill and the back wheel just keeped locked up???
What am I doing wrong I've never had a problem before with other bikes?

It's a 1200cc twin so will take some bumping..

Optimate is your friend!

You will also have a problem in that the fuel pump needs an electrical supply in order to operate the fuel injection system. If the battery is totally drained, without 12v the bike will not start no matter how much you try to 'bump' start it.

cheers guys blue sweeper probs the case to be fair
Anyone know the part number I need for a motobatt
On my 06 GSA? Some bloke said he had one in stock GS BUT NOT A GSA??

Agreed .... my link just took you to the application page. You have to fill in the relevant bike details yourself :P

The 1200 Hex is a v difficult bike to bump start.

It's impossible the 1200WC ! Wheel locks in all gears, plenty of weight and speed .
