Buying tumblers for coding locks

Since my original post I've been and bought a vario top box off eBay and have yet to remove lock/ tumblers due to beer consumption.
Was at dealers today to enquire, was told I can't buy them separately.
I may need to send a begging letter to my dealer who took 13.5k off me with a tiny tiny request.

when i bought mine second hand, i put the key in and only one tumbler was out, so i filed it down for the short term until i was able to replace it with the correct size

Thx misery guts, love it, I've since found a guy on eBay selling 6 of each 1,2 & 3 with 6 springs for £10 delivered.
So I've ordered a set,
In the end I needed 5 no.2 and 3 springs.
It appears previously not all 6 tumblers were fitted to the panniers locks.
Anyway thx for the offers

I believe they only put four in as a norm.

I would guess that's because they haven't got enough tumblers
