cam chain tensioner

hi all
just done me cam chain tensioner and what a difference it has made. ticks over so nicely and quite even when hot. would recommend this for anybody who is putting it off to do it soon, took me 15 Min's start to finish..

Any more details as I need to do this on mine. Clanking like metal conveyer belt at times.

do a search on here. somewhere there is a detailed and pictured step by step.but it was straight forward.

Try and find the part numbers for the upgraded bits before you go to the dealer,otherwise the parts dimwit will probably order you the original useless parts.

I did a search a while back but ended up getting a load of threads that mentioned Cam chain tensioner's but not how to fit them. Will look when I get more time, on earlys this week though....
