Cheerio!

MIKE R
Hi Mike, it was good to meet with you and the guys and gals on the Corsica trip.
Sorry to hear about Phil though who was taken ill over there and is now in an induced coma in hospital in the UK.
Tim collected the GS on Saturday morning. His van was a touch too low and we had to take off the screen and mechanism, sat nav mounting assembly and mirrors to get it in. It took us quite a while to get this sorted but Jackie and Jeanette had a good natter while we struggled.
I've decided to wait until after the winter before jumping in to get something just for local rides. Was looking yesterday at the BMW scooters.
All the best.
Alan

Good to hear you're still going to have something in the stable.

I bumped into two bikers in the Dales some weeks back on a tricky little gated road. One of the them was 81, the other 86.. youngster on a CB500.. older fella on a Suzuki 125. I thought how great it would be if it could be me in 40 years time.

I have a little Vespa as well as the big GS and on the right day I can have as much fun bimbling about on that as I can on the biggie.

Keep riding and enjoy, all the best to you alp :beerjug:

Hey hey ... Alan .. :D

Good to meet you in Corsica. (Folks, I couldn't believe it when Alan said he was 72 - I hope to goodness I look as fit as he does when I'm that age...).

Keep well Alan and keep tunes in to the forum .. :thumb2

(Mike R, I didn't get a chance to say hello - sorry - didn't know it was you!!)
