Can you adjust the lateral position of the clutch lever?
what do you mean by lateral,,the angle in reference to the floor?..yes you can
the reach to the fingers? ...just you can,in two different ways
It is just that little bit low so I would like to raise it but without creating even mess I thought I would ask first!!
It looks to me that its all bolted in a standard postion and held in place by a nut & bolt.

the clutch and brake lever can be move more or less anywere you want in a concentric ratios of the bars.
for the 1150 is four bolts and a mirror to take out before you can get to the 4MM pinch bolt that hold the whole thing in place
you will find the first bolt more or less in your face,,next to the hi/low beam control, and is a phillips head like the rest of them, then you will find two bolts, under the reservior one of the black at the very tip of it and a silver one more orleess in the center, and now for the "mistery" bolt,,this one is colated begind the mirror stalk so you need to take the mirror first to get to it,,be carefull is really smal and for sure is prone to get damage very easy..
that is more or less it,,now for the important part ,how to set it up....try to keep keep the same angle as your fore arm, your muscles are very relax and more efficient, the ussual angle is form 10 to 15 degres from a horizontal and if you ride standing a lot even a little more..
