This looks fairly straight forward:
Edit. Just read this
Its Not a Servo One JJ
Neil I don't know what has happened to yours or how you resecured it on the ABS unit
When I did the last one I drilled 4 holes and tapped them and fitted nuts
It has to be a tight fit to the face as the contacts for the motor are in there
Its a fair lump of a motor and the shock and vibration could have loosened it if you just peened the alloy over
So this might take me a little time to work out. Peaning the aluminum down does not seem the best idea long term
and just putting this in here so i can find it later

Servoectomy. Too much bother when it goes again. JJH

After my previous "Servo ABS Unit parts?" I said I would start a new thread with my attempt to repair it so here it is.
I am not an expert in any of this - just thought trying to repair my unit will only cost me some time (although I might learn something on the way) and want to try before I go down the servosectomy route. None of it might work and I might end up with a servosectomy in the end but if I don't try I won't know. With this in mind any comments or suggestions will be more than welcomed - especially if you think I'm doing something wrong or being stupid with something

Hi all
My new to me ‘09 plate 1300GT has bricked its ABS pump - I’m consistently getting the 24048 pump motor defective and 24049 power supply to pump motor faulty codes.
I’ve tried hitting it with a hammer (srsly) and was quite motivated while doing so. But that hasn’t fixed it.
I recall there was a place that could repair the ABS unit, does that ring any bells with the cognoscenti?
Cheers aye!
