Connected App won't find TFT

So I had the app connected to my bike to try out the satnav function.
The next day the app won't find my tft anymore, the phone is connected ok to the tft, headset ok with tft. So music and phone options on tft works, satnav is greyed out.

Tried deleting the app and reloading, but it just gets it back from the cloud. Tried resetting app from the app menu.

Tried deleting phone and headset and pairing up again

Phone is iPhone 8
Tft Is BMW

Any suggestions are much appreciated

Do you have the latest app update for the BMW Connected app. I used to find the app constantly dropping connection, but a recent update for the app, seems to have improved this considerably. The other thing, when you turn the bike on, it takes quite sometime for the Bluetooth on the bike to activate, so be patient.

I was recently told by my dealer, that a new firmware for the TFT will be coming out soon. This is supposed to deal with the various Bluetooth issue etc.

had a similar problem, did you download your local area maps to the bmw app by wifi? because without that it won´t work

I did have the uk maps installed, had it all setup in the garage with a destination, TFT was pointing me which way to set off. Rain stopped play that day.
Next day it wouldn't work.
TFT was updated on Friday so I'm guessing it's the latest.
