Contacting Garmin

Does anyone have a magic number to get someone at Garmin to speak to me?
I have been trying for over aweek to speak to them about my ex-display quest registration.
Was getting on fine just before i bought it. In contact by e-mail with some one who was very helpful. Mysteriously now his e-mail is not recognised!

Anyone any ideas?

Called them today, 0870-8501242 - got some help, but I could tell that the guy was on a schedule to be elsewhere, and he hung up when I was thanking him.
