Displaying a route?

Ok, I'm here again! Now, I have a route saved on/in mapsource and want to display it on /in a forum. How the hell do I do it? I have no idea whatsoever.

i way i know.... have the route displayed on your screen, press the ctrl and the print screen button ( top rh of the keyboard).

open paint, then right click and paste or use ctrl + V, save as a JPG file.

I managed to use google maps to show a route in this thread by using the "display in google earth" mapsource function then copying the XML of the google earth tracks into a file that I hosted on my server and then creating a google map URL with the file as the query parameter. It is then interactive.
