The finished frame with a quick coat of paint.
Does that include zinc primer over the blasted steel, John? I found a number of local firms who'd powdercoat the frame for that price but without the zinc which I believe is important.

yeah - a point that I missed. My frame wasn't zinc primered and now I have rust in the crevasses on my bike which has only done 500miles!

My friend's has had no problems so far but these parts were only done nine months ago.
I picked up my frame and bits & bobs from the powdercoaters today, and I have to say they've done a cracking job. Zinc primered like I asked for, two weeks to do as they promised and for a really good price. Like a fool I forgot to take the battery tray which I found needs a small repair but they said bring it along and they'll do it for nowt. Excellent people to deal with so -

The parts are still in bubble wrap so I'll have a proper look and take pics tomorrow. The official name for the light silver is the powder manufacturer's name of OMEGA SILVER 22.
