Ever had this?

This has happened twice now and yesterday it did it again... Hear a howling... like an alarm sound... speedo is going... from 80 mph to 140 and back

FFS... the 2 problems are clearly related. The speedo is bouncing around from 80 to 140 because you need to be more gentle with your right hand, and the alarm like howling sound is coming from the fuzz behind you.

Now tell me this... how did ya get your 1150 to do 140???

it shows something- It shows how everyone is so ssooooooo serious.

FFS - Think about it. Think of the persons initial who needs help.
For falcorons sake !!!!!!!
. I did wonder, but i forgot how PC and inward looking everyone is nowdays. Cookson i can understand, he's always a bit slow in thought, but quick to jump the gun :rob

Now tell me ( i do find it funny when people get wound up over things) , why should i change just because your fecked off ?? How does that work.

FFS :mcgun (friendly fire, sorry)

I struggle to jump anything with my eyesight but thanks for being understanding.

well this is what you do, you first paint the bike white, put nice blueish hids on, wear a white lid and just full throttle it everywhere! cars move over everytime, they think i'm the fuzz!
Even got a cop car to flash and wave at me twice! love it!
Maybe i should keep the howl, (more emergency service sounding) :augie
Ok, up date if anyone interested in the original problem LOL.
Took off speedo last night going home from work. As so many had suggested
even FFS ( fasinatingly factual steptoe) and no noise, OK nice one! :thumb2
But it did the same with it connected so its intermitant.
put back on this morning coming to work, all was well then noise again but speddo working perfect, no jumping around.
So i can assume that there is indeed 2 problems. Either the cable did not seat properly the first time or refitting it again has somehow fixed the jumping. but the noise is from the poly v belt im sure. Will get cover off tomorrow if dry and check. So pre-emting the result of this inspection i'll hand out rewards
So well done to all who got it right here's your reward;
