has anybody experienced trouble cleaning the black plastic on the 12oo gs.
tried back to black but i found that when it rains it goes like a steaky grey .
id be really grateful if anybody else had the same problem and found a solution .many thanks good buddies. :nenau :nenau :nenau

Silly as it sounds ACF-50 does a wonderful job of freshening up black plastics. :thumb

Give it ago...I think Nippy Norm sells it.

I don't use anything else now.

Note...I`ve moved this from the Introduction Forum....please try and use the site correctly...and yes,I know this could have gone in the 'Technical' but there may be a specific plastic related problem on the 1200

I`ve always used Silicone Spray on any black plastics on my bikes....

Leaves them nice and shiny without any 'greying'

Greying on black plastics is often caused by the cleaning solution used....what are you using ???
