I think i have most of you sent now, a few left to send which i will try to do this week.
I had to trim them down to under 1/2 a kg, hence the chamfer. I sent them the cheapest post, if any go missing and dont arrive i will send out another.
These are a snug fit onto the Pinion shaft and teeth of the castle nut and every one tested for fit onto an actual FD. Really if you are organised and compitent rebuilding an FD is a plesant task carrying a large amount of satisfaction.
I will make a good drawing of the fixture plate next week.

If you guys need any other specal tools let me know, i dont mind as long as its a batch, i like making bike stuff but i have to fit it into a busy scedule.

Im sure this has been seen before but probably worth a look if your rebuilding.
Pat has done a great job of the tool for removing the castle nut but a picture of a type of fixture is shown on this site.
Not telling anyone how to suck eggs..
