Having recently moved from a K1600 to a 2015 GSA I'm more than happy with the decision I've made.
There is 'but' here as you'll have anticipated and it its that I get a lot of 'feedback' through the pegs. Any rough surface on the road, broken tarmac, heavy white lining or similar and I can feel it through the pegs as a series of rumbles and knocks - almost as if the spring on the centre stand had become weak and it was allowing the stand to bump rapidly against the stop. Difficult to describe.
I've mentioned to to a pal with a GS and he reckons they all do that. If they do I'll be happy but I thought I would ask around ...
