garmin 2610 hell

Hi all, been busy downloading my 2610 full of mr whattons waypoints.
trouble is my 2610 is now full of them, how on earth do you delete them en mass?
also i was trying to put them into their varoius categories, ie fast food, hotels etc, so the screen isnt bunged up wiv tons of way points, and the idea was to search for a big mac in france when i was hungry, not look at at them all the time.
the waypoints are in the "all categories" dept.
any idea on how to put them into their right places.
the bmw section has their own little waypoint symbol, fantastic.
can somebody point me into the correct thread?????

Something like "find" - "waypoints" - "menu" - "delete all"

As for not having them all the time. I run several mapsource files so if eg I'm off to France, it'll have the France campsites etc etc in that folder only. So the rest of the year, if I download the waypoints to my GPS it isn't clogged up with the France ones

I'd guess you can change the category of waypoint in mapsource as well, but not had a play with that, yet
