Garmin 660 on the RT

Is it possible to switch off the unit whilst fitted to the RT (2014) ? like when it's parked up (the bike that is).

It will switch off when you turn the ignition off won't it same as the nav 5 ?
The cradle is only live when the ignition is on.

Will stay on for about 20 seconds after the ignition is switched off, then as stated the supply will switch off.

Surely it depends if it wired into the ignition circuit or hard wired to the battery?

Ah yes, it did eventually switch off, just took longer than I was expecting.
