Well you guessed it I went and bought a a Garmin sat nav without the Mapsource CD and unlock code, pillock .so now I am hoping that some one on here can help me out for some beer money. Help Please

You need to buy it from Garmin, someone else's mapping won't work on another gps.

Was it the one you bought off fleabay? Was it sold as a GPS with mapping? I get the feeling you were maybe 'conned', or at the very least deceived ... dunno much about ebay buying but can't you return it and get your money back?

As we talked about to day the unit does come with UK maps loaded but it did say in the add that there were no disk's.
I realy did not know that they were so important.
