Just had to put in ten pennorth for the outstanding service from Andy in their customer support.
My 2610 developed a fault while 'on tour' in wales last week. They could not solve it over the phone so I returned unit. As I was in their area today on business he said I could collect.
Not only did they replace the whole unit, update to latest software , give me the software complete they loaded it as well. Top service just in time for Lahinch.:D

I think I should also put my two penneth in, I bought a new 2610 in early June and took it on holliday, and it was just about worse than useless, I spoke with them on my return and we worked out that I was also doing some things incorrectly, so I had another play but not really any improvement, they told me to send it back and afew days later a brand new unit landed on my doorstep.
I think it was well handled.

I still think the Tom Tom units show information in a more friendly way and in units of measurement that I am more used to.
