Just had to put in ten pennorth for the outstanding service from Andy in their customer support.
My 2610 developed a fault while 'on tour' in wales last week. They could not solve it over the phone so I returned unit. As I was in their area today on business he said I could collect.
Not only did they replace the whole unit, update to latest software , give me the software complete they loaded it as well. Top service just in time for Lahinch.
