Anybody tried these ? -- they are foam handlebar grips which fit over the existing grips to improve comfort, cut the effects of vibration. It seems all new Bmw 's now come with hard narrow grips which I dont find too comfortable. Could be a good option as you can keep your original heated grips.

Found these in an Ann Summers shop....

Do they cut down on vibrations?

....handsome is as handsome does.

Don't know about those shiny chromey things, but I, too, find the grips on my GS uncomfortably small for my arthritic hands.
I read somewhere about fitting tennis/squash racket grips (that wrap on like tape) but haven't done anything yet.
I have fitted 25mm bar risers, and that seems to have helped, but the grips seem smaller than those of the Tigers I used to ride, and for me the throttle is particularly uncomfortable.

Like Phil says, not to sure about the chrome thingys. Renthal do wrap round grips, racers use them, so i guess there pretty good

I've used similar fabric tape obtained from a sports shop in the past on my Japanese Bikes, it worked well.

The only downside being that it did eventually wear and became quite tatty, just needed to replace it occasionally...sorted...:thumb2
