GS 12 Pannier locking question

Hi all, just picked up my new (to me) 05 GS, it has the pannier rails and vario boxes, on trying to re fit the panniers they dont seem to lock into anything, on closer inspection there is a threaded hole in the pannier frame that looks like a locking bolt or pin should be there, anyone throw some light on it for me ?

Yes thats it, thé bolts with thé locknuts seem to be missing from m'y bike.

i've found them on the on line fiche search but not been able to get a price yet, ill let you know, cheers.

...and when you get them they are easy to set up and adjust but the setting is CRITICal. Everything must be FIRM - but don"t force the red levers. Really tighten the lmock nuts or use Loctite.
