got the bike back last sunday had the alarm cut off all was ok. left the bike all weak went to start up today and the bike wont start the battery is flat

It would seem you need to speak with whoever you employed to "cut your alarm off".

can't understand why you cut the alarm out when you could have bridged it out & seen if the drain was still there.
Seems a bit savage.Your going to have to start back at the basics & interrogate the loom & connections eliminating each circuit as you go along.
Pain in the ass but shouldn't take you too long.

The BMW alarm unplugs form it's alarm specific plug

Unless it's an aftermarket alarm.
But seeing as the poster hasn't been very informative in his posting anything anyone suggests will be complete guesswork until we here the details .
