Buy the Blue one its faster just like the blue GS

20,000 miles on mine and she never missed a beat, only comment is for touring its not the best with luggage tent and pillion unless you travel light..

If Honda made the GS it would be the best bike in the world.

They only come in 2 tone silver/Grey or Black now.They realised that the Blue was far too slow. The Black one was released before and is common as muck

Nooo !! You want one that has at least 8000 miles on the clock.. Up to that point they are slow ( well compaired to after that point ) and drink squirt.
I have 6 on the books that come here for servicing which have all clocked up more than a million miles ( they are all dispatch bikes with three riders, they are on the road 24-7 )
Mileage is unimportant and if possible do not buy one that has been Honda dealer serviced.. They are a bunch of arseholes who cannot find a spanner if it was up their nose !

Oh and for my sins, Jaws Motorcycles is the biggest supplier/manufacturer of Bird Bling in the world !

LOL !! Sorry if I come across a bit gungho but after 9 years of XX ownership I still get a massive buzz out of it.. More or less wrapped my life up in the XX scene since 1999..
A lot like many GS owners in fact, ( just massively faster )

And for the seven years I owned a Blackbird, you've always given me a top service supplying parts when I've needed them.
It's not an insult when folk call you a Blackbird anorak - It's a compliment.

Just had a Call from my mate with Z1300.
he's NOT using his Burgundy Bird and is going to sell it.
VERY VERY Low mileage and I think it's a T reg, going to ring him now.
