Took the GSA in to get a new horn fitted today (it packed up on my first day of ownership). On the way my fuel guage dropped from half tank (which is what I thought was right) to zero in the space of a few hundred yards. I was looking behind for a trail of petrol, nothing there though. Flicked to range to watch it drop by a mile every couple of seconds, from 333 to zero in a couple of miles.

Pidcocks checked it whilst fitting the horn - appears it is an ex-fuel guage and has ceased to be. New one on order......
