Leenane and Beyond

Will put up a few of the photos from the Leenane Weekend (credit to James and Jochen for organising it so well) and a few more from the following days further north.

Grumpy led a group of six from Cork on Friday (PJ, Niall, Mick, Charlie and Myself) on a mystery tour - taking-in a nice few trails along the way.

Took a great winding route to hit Galway outskirts - 7 hours from Cork could be a record.

Took another winding route across Connenmara after that

The Duke's Bridge made a grand rest stop.


Mick tries his luck but is struggling to get the leg over.

Final snarl-up in evening Connemara rush-hour and we all got to hotel in time for last orders.

Took a spin out along the coast - ferry to Clare Island



Did not get up Croagh Patrick this time.


And onto Achill for Photo Rally Point

Quiet around Sunday morning.

Matt had an early afternoon ferry to catch so was leaving.
