Morning gents - on another forum I use (land rovers, not bikes) we have a thread where members with spare parts loan them out to other established members to be used while their own parts are refurbished/replaced. I always thought it was a very useful thread, and with the mutual respect present on forums like this abuse of the 'system' just doesnt seem to happen.
Borrower naturally covers postage both ways.
I would like to kick things off - if there is any interest in things kicking off - by offering my original R1100GS front and rear shocks for loan. Both have surface rust but are functional and would do for a time until your own can be sent away for refurbishment. The front shock will also fit an R1150GS.
If theres no call for something like this, ill remove the thread after enough time to gauge interest has passed.
