Most comfortable seat?

So,

we have a conclusion, i now have a standard height sargent seat and it seems good.

I have an air hawk as well, im in two mind about whether to take it just in case, or leave it at home and sell it when i get back, i leave tomorrow night,

so what will be, will be !

Thanks for all the help, really appreciate it.

Matt

I tried a Bagster Gel, and I loved the almost enduro-bike-like slim waist that Piroska got, but unfortunately for me, since I have short legs and tall back it was the "normal height" version. It could only be attached at the standard saddle's high position.

Then I found a quirky looking saddle from over there. A Saddlemen. After a bit of correspondence with the company, we came to the conclusion that I needed the not-so-quirky-looking version.

It gave Piroska a little wider hips, almost too wide when I'm standing, but regarding the butt-joy-factor it is the best saddle... hmm... no, it's not a saddle, it is a seat, I've used. 100 km with the original was torture, 350 with this is nothing. But I have to stop to fill the tank...

Loving my Sargent seat makes a big difference, missus had the airhawk 2 and didnt get on with it so the search is on for a Sargent pillion for her.

Ive got the stock GSA seat, Sargent seat, and Saddleman seat and I've tried them all, with and without my Airhawk and sheepskin. And every combination is uncomfortable for me. I might have to resort to bolting a Range Rover seat to my GSA :(

Came across this thread when struggling with the same problem .... Stock seat on a 2013 LC doesn't work for me.

Anyone around the southeast (Berkshire) who can lend me a Sargent for a few hours? As Fanum says ... No point in throwing money on a seat if it does not work.

whoops! just noticed that this is in the hexhead forum (not apparent from within taptatalk!). I shall check on the LC forum.
