The flag is embroidered on each side on the new cover

What do you need "enlightened on" ? ... I simply lived there for approx 3.5 years , so know the place well , the people well , and am fluent in the language (NOT Spanish ... as so many think !! )

It's just that not many people in this part of the world really know anything about Brazil ... so it's kind of curious to me when I see / hear of someone wanting a Brazil flag on their bike seat !! .... "Ordem e Progresso" isn't something that clicks with most people !!
