New triple blacks have arrived

"Triple black"

Or in BMW internal speak "The blacked up last of the current model for a final sales push before we roll out the new model" ;)

That's the van that brought back my GS with its new engine this morning.

I dare say 2 years (+ a vital 3 months) it arrived in a crate similar to that in the same yard & I was as excited as you are you now.

BMW has sold over 125,000 LC engined GS and GSA's since they were launched in 2013. The number of bikes that have had replacement engines is in double figures.

Which means approximately 99.5% of LC GS's made won't have the corrosion issues mentioned on this forum, so most won't be worried.;)

Sorted,Nutster !!

Bike looks good Rich, apart from the orange reflector on the fork leg

When are you getting yours and which dealer?

I'd not noticed that. I ordered mine from Dean, and it'll be arriving within the next week or so.

He cant, it was made up.
Out of the 125k lc gs sold, how many had a warranty claim?

What makes you think it was made up?

It wouldn't be too difficult to find out how many had a warranty claim, but my post was in response to those talking about replacement engines.
