Noisy Cam Chain

Hi

I seem to be getting cam chain 'rattle' when I slow down. The noise is coming from the offside/right hand of the engine yet all I seem to read about is changing the nearside cam chain tensioner.

Does the offside fail, or am I mis-diagnosing

PS it is not the throttle body

Maybe worn TB bearings at low revs.
