Gearbox also gone in today, I still have to torque the main shaft nut,the whole bike nearly fell off the stand when I tried to. Best get some help to do that. Even managed a drink before I finished..........

Swinging arm on, z plates in position and horn fitted...........the bike is built around the horn if i don’t fit it now, it becomes a major pain in the arse to fit later......

I would have rechromed the original Dunlop rims but it was cheaper to get these flanged alloys,and like I said the quality is pretty good.
