If it's possible, attatch a movie stream off Youtube either so you click on a link and get the video on a blank page without the rest of the stuff around it or post it direct onto a page like Tuned sometimes does.

Firefox has an Extension called Videodownloader here (can't get embedded links to work in Firefox for some reason)

that allows you to save Youtube (and other) videos to your hard disk.
