Pidcocks customer service?

I've bought my new GSA from Pidcocks and no complaints with them or the deal at all - they're a bit far away from me for regular visits though but next time I'm in the market for another bike I'll be sure to have a chat with Chris.

Bought from Rainbow too - they delivered the bike for me and there was a minor cock up over tax disc but they quickly sorted that for me. So again - no complaints.

Most of my dealings over the past 10 years or so have been with BVM in Stroud who have always been superb, and to be honest, they're probably a big part of why I stuck to BMWs rather going with other brands.

I've visited, considered deals on bikes, had the odd accessory or just a chat with numerous other BM dealers across the years including Clarks, Bath Road, North Oxford.

Generally I'd consider the levels of courtesy / service I've received have been better than I've had at other dealerships.

Only dubious moments for me with BM dealers have been at Riders in Cardiff where the deals they offered were nowhere near what I could get from BVM (over 1k difference on a deal for an R1100S), and at Cotswold which was the only time I'd ever heard a BM dealer suggest that px value would be limited because high mileage (21k !!) on a K12GT was problematic and that these bikes could cost a fortune to put right after a couple of years. Certainly he did nothing to assure me that BM was the right brand if you wanted to rack up a few miles.
