Quick shift fix lc 1200

Morning all, thanks Winjar and Santa-2512, that’s the bush in fig 15. I don’t know much about sintered parts or 3D printing, but it really is a fragile thing it doesn’t look as though it’s up to being robust enough to be on anything mechanical.

I’ll get the parts ordered today, hopefully from Spain, as that’s where I’m trapped for the time being until Spain allows free flow across the frontier. I’m a Gibraltar resident not a Spanish resident. So need to get it delivered to my Spanish house.

Once again many thanks to everyone who has helped.....:beerjug:

The other option is it's a glass filled nylon part,

you could if you dried it out and used a suitable adhesive glue it back together (assuming it's GFN)

If you think about it, its suitably strong for the application its in.

It sits in it own housing ,and the working faces are engaged with the gear lever splines, so all it has to do is turn one way or the other.

if it breaks, the parts are contained in its own housing, so cant go anywhere .

You only found out i's broken because you removed it ;)

Very interesting question, I am wondering how we could even know if it was broken inside, wud be any difference in quick shift or not. ?
