Can anyone suggest a source of replacement indicators for the 1100GS, i've only had it two months and broken both of the front one's. The don't seem at all robust therefore I don't fancy OE replacements.
I take it that you have broken the original ones through dropping it?
I myself and quite a few friends, have changed over to the Touratech mini indicators. They are quite closer to the body and the shafts are made of a flexible rubber type of stuff.
I have found them to be excellent and have had them on for the last 3 years, front and back on my 1100.
No both front ones got broken while moving the bike in the garage ! I wish I could say I was brave enough to take the beast off road, maybe one day but London traffic is tough enough for me.
Thanks for the info, will place an order !
Off roading after bouncing along the side of Ken's flexy buses will be a doddle Paul....and there's nothing better for honing the senses than dodging across four lanes or grabbing handfulls of brake levers to avoid impossibly sharp turning taxi's.....
Once you've spent time riding in London, nothing much else should scare you.....even La Peripherique seems like a kiddies go-kart track after a day dropping parcels between Canary wharf and Bank.
'Least there aren't any audi tt driving twats who think they own that gap you're going for out on the backroads
