R1150GS - Remus can and Touratech panniers?

Does fitting a Remus Revolution cause problems when fitting aftermarket pannier rails such as Touratech?

You might want to fit either and extension pipe to the exhaust or a heat heat shield to direct the heat away from the pannier.
