R1250GSA lean angles

The GSA leans far enough to use the box sliders as a don't be silly gauge when riding in a spirited fashion, I really have to recalibrate at times after riding my M1000R and then going out a day or two later on the GSA, it's a remarkably capable bike and so easy to chuck about.

My Tiger Cub (remember those), and later my Norton's all had rigid, as in fixed, foot-pegs. On making contact with the tarmac these solid fixtures did not bend. This resulted in the rear wheel being jacked-up and loosing contact with the tarmac with a sudden and dramatic increase in lean angle. As a 17 year old I allowed this to happen on 3 or 4 occasions before applying Sgt Bilco's tried & tested technology.
