Perfect, thanks. Enjoying this.
Shocks are approx 30 mm longer, will sag a little with rider.Have you put longer rear shocks on? Is the standard swing arm and driveshaft OK at a greater range of travel? I can see that you've trimmed the brackets at the sides of the frame. Looking good so far.

You can fit an adjustable linkage to raise the gear lever,Couple of hours in the garage this afternoon, clutch and gearbox fitted, fitted footrests and gear-lever , I’m thinking the footrests are a little high so I’ll have a think about View attachment 288556repositioning.
The footrests are standard R65, I machined the rubber hexagon bars that the rubbers fit on to accept KTM footrests. You can fit an adjustable linkage to raise the gear lever,
Or I’ve some low g/s Gs ones that may fit the bill better,I’ve had a good look at your photos but can’t make out the footrest fittings well enough to see if they’d fit
Grab a photo when you can
No worries Mike,I’ll try it as it is and modify if I need to.Can’t see the ones I have fitting those mounts
A few more photos.A little more progress, New brake master cylinder, hand guards, heated grips ,crash bars, pannier rails, nearly ready for the rewire, I’m using a PDM60 power distribution unit, so the wiring will be simplified, I’m using the original switchgear.
