I have had my (2013) RT since new for 2 years now, and it's just had its 12,000 mile service.
First service 600 miles £209
Second service 6000 miles £297
Third service 12,000 miles £330
so in 12,000 miles servicing has cost £836. All at Harry Fairbairn Inverness.
The service manager stood by this and told me (in an off hand manner) the next service at 18,000 miles will be nearer £400. I asked him why the engine balance (engine synchronisation) was done at 6000 and again at 12000, they need it at every service, I was told.
To me this is Ducati servicing costs, not an RT.
I'm interested to know if this is standard across the board with RT's ? and are the newer LC RT's any dearer ??
