Due to ongoing health issues, I'm sadly selling my bikes.
I'm near Oldham, Greater Manchester, 7 miles from Manchester city centre.
This is my 2007 GS, its a January 2007, its done 75,490 miles, but has been very well maintained, lots of BMW main dealer service receipts and Motorworks invoices, and has a clear HPi check from when I bought it. It comes with a huge amount of Touratech and Wunderlich parts and accessories. It will come with the Touratech Zega top box and rack, and the panniers which include brand new waterproof inner bags which have Touratech accessory brackets fitted. I can add on the Givi/Kappa carrier, top box and rack if wanted, by negotiation, otherwise will have the original parts refitted. The top box and panniers are lockable and come with several keys. I have also bought a second main key from BMW which cost £66, so you will have a spare coded key.
The bike has Heed upper and lower crash bars fitted, Touratech cylinder head guards, sump gaurd and fuel injector protectors, Touratech hand guard extenders, headlamp and oil cooler guards and screen extenders.
I bought the bike with the usual cracked alternator fault, I fixed this by fitting a warranted used unit from James Sherlock, costing almost £200, and a new Continental belt. The alternator is unmarked, I've soaked it in ACF-50 so it should last a few year! The bike passed every mot from new, with just 2 advisories, the last mot says the (EBC HH) brake pads are worn: they aren't! There's not a great deal of these when new, but I've bought replacements, EBC HH fronts and another make of sintered for the rear, these will come with the bike, or I will fit them if so required. I maintain all my bikes myself, I'm 63 and been working on bikes for decades, hence just parts invoices in my ownership. I fitted a pair of Daylight Running Lamps, these are the ones I fit to all my bikes, very well made and bright and have proved to be waterproof. I've added a Nippy Norman satnav power lead to go into the BMW harness which will stay with the bike when I remove my Zumo unit.
The bike comes with a Powerbronze extended screen, added when I bought the bike, I've got the standard screen as well, which is in great condition, no bad scratches etc.
The bike has done just 32 miles since the last mot, due to my health issues, but I'll retest it so it will come with 12 months mot.
The rear Continental Trial attack 3 is almost new, the front is brand new.
The Ohlins front and rear shock absorbers were completely stripped and rebuilt about 9,000 mies ago, costing £633, so they are working perfectly, one job I intended to do was respray the spring, they have some rusting spots which are purely cosmetic but detract from the good looks!
Ive added Alphadot security marking, this is transferrable, and I've got the remainder of the 'dots' bottle and paperwork, along with the very comprehensive paperwork.
This is a very well maintained bike, which in my view is more important than just looking at mileage, it runs perfectly, and comes with uprated suspension and new tyres: ready to ride anywhere, which was my plan! We planned a 4 week tour of Europe, which is why I bought this bike, I already own an 1100RT and Kawasaki Gtr1000 but I went for a better bike, but in reality its done less than 1000 miles in the last 3 years.
The bike has been stored in a garage and comes with a top quality Voyager outdoor cover which cost £52, as its now outside.
There's very likely more parts and accessories added, hopefully the pictures will show them, I can send more pictures or videos if required.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, thanks for looking,
Mike
NOTE! Images load failed, will be added ASAP!

Price pls?
I'm asking c£4250, its a cracking bike and has a huge amout of extras added. My mate has just taken it round the block, started up first time as always, and rode perfectly.
I ceramic treated the entire bike when I bought it, plus it will have a full professional detailing once sold.

Not had any response! So I'm reducing the asking price to £3750 ono, this bike is in full working order, the ABS, fuel senders, heated grips etc etc. all work perfectly.
The bike starts first time every time, and has been started and fully warmed up every 2 weeks whilst in storage in my mates garage. It has had a fortune spent on Touratech and Wunderllich parts/accessories, there's no much you can add!
Thanks, Mike

I suspect (I could be wrong) you might find taking off the accessories and selling them seperately might provide more responses. Most people will see 75k mileage and not realise how well maintained and reliable these can be :) Just run in really eh!! Worst thing I ever did was sell my 04 in the faster red colour too!!

I was going to say the same thing. Sell the nice parts separately if you are able to.

Thanks for the advice, I'll just hold on and sell the bike as it is now, complete with all the extras. There's plenty of people who know that the mileage isn't an issue on these, maintenance is the thing that matters. I'd rather buy one of these thats done 75k and has a lot of service history, than a low mileage bike thats been sat unused for long periods and never serviced. Which is what I did! I had to replace the alternator and the front tyre and thats all, My 1100RT has done 63k, my GTR1000 86k, and they run and ride like a bike with a quarter of the miles, as they've been well looked after.

PRICE REDUCED!
It has to go soon, please don't be put off by the mileage, its been well looked after and runs perfectly, now asking £3500, a real bargain!

I agree. Don’t be put off by the mileage on these. If you look after them and ride them regularly they do carry the mileage well. My old 07 plate with 115k miles on it.
Good luck with the sale

I find it rather strange that we have to explain to people that these bikes will easily cover 100k miles, with correct maintenance and nothing else! Most modern engines will exceed 100k miles, as long as they are looked after. My ZZR1200, 2002, has done 63k and my 1994 Gtr1000 87k miles, I use genuine OEM parts and the best oil thats available. Cars and trucks are seeing 200k now, some engines are passing 300k!

Still not sold, I'm reducing the price until it does, so the person who knows its now the 21st Century and that engines can do 500,000 miles, can get a bargain.
Started the bike up today, fired up on the button as usual, everything still works, a quick ride down the street had all the ABS lights off, fuel gauge still works, heated grips still work, it needs nothing!
So its now £3200, really is a bargain now, I'll take it for the Mot this week so it'll be ready to go. :D
