Ooohh, don't wind him up, you'll just make him Krankie!

Certainly made the most of the day.

Left Paisley at 08:34 in patchy rain but the further east I went the drier and sunnier it got.

Met up with some of the guys at McD FRB sth and headed north in bright sunshine and that's the way it mostly stayed until I was approaching Glasgow shortly before 16:00 when the promised rain started to appear in Scottish measures.

A great day though, glad to meet so many new faces as well as catch up with some well kent ones. Peter and Sheena, you missed some good food at the Glen! Lamb Rogan Josh for many of us. V.gd

Back home still warm and dry on the inside of my gear at least for 16:20hrs.

Looking forward to the next one.

Got back at 17:00...gettin a wee bit windy on the Caithness stretch.

Nice to meet up with you all, I had a top day:thumb and it was nice to be able to put faces to the names on here. Must do it again soon.

I only took two photies, one was of the bikes outside the Atholl Arms, which has already been done - it was a crap photie anyway.

The other one was this:

08:30, Breakfast Room, Atholl Arms.

"Mmmm, this is nice....hopefully nobody's daft enough to turn up today, then I can spend the day getting pished next to the fire..."

I think yourself and HRH made the right decision not coming, you'd have been caught out badly on the way back. I was right on the limit of what I was happy with riding back up here - and I know you guys were going to be hit by it a lot earlier.

There's always another time.

Aha, that's good, I seem to have avoided having my photy took.

Good day out too, cheers all.:D

Ah wish I went tae this noo, instead of plastering the living room :(.

No .... I thought I was being chased by the Starship Enterprise with its photon torpedos energised. It was only when I turned off the motorway that I realised that it was just the Starship Garfield with all lights ablaze.
