No .... I thought I was being chased by the Starship Enterprise with its photon torpedos energised. It was only when I turned off the motorway that I realised that it was just the Starship Garfield with all lights ablaze.

Last night in the Isles of Glencoe hotel with a warming glass in hand we wished we'd brought the bikes.

This morning driving through the glen in sleet, hail, wind and snow we were glad to be in the van.

Glad you all had a good day and are home safe:beerjug:

BlairAtholljan2009001.jpg

14 people turned up and 12 went for lunch at the Glen at Newtonmore which was really good
Weather stayed good :clap
Thanks to all those who turned up:thumb2

Well done guys for taking the chance on the weather. Weather here wild but did try a short spin.

Just goes to show how the presence of the bikes raised the tone of a place and you have the pics to prove it........

Aha, that's good, I seem to have avoided having my photy took.

Good day out too, cheers all.:D

Oh No You Haven't . . . .

I've not uploaded them to Photobucket yet :D

They'll probably be here tomorrow :augie

Good to meet up with some new characters - plus the regulars of course.

I took the long way home - Blair Atholl, Pitlochry, Moulin Moor, Blairgowrie, Perth and then back across the FRB. It was a good run and the first time I've been on the Bridge of Cally to Blairgowrie road since they bypassed the narrow road with the slippery Bailey Bridge - its very impressive now.

It was wet, windy and dark by the time I got home (17:00) so I just hosed the bike down and put it away for the night. I'll give it a good wash tomorrow.

Now to crank up Photobucket with my very slow Broadband connection.

Pics later :thumb2

Glad everyone got home safely.

Bob.
