As above. 2026 r1300 gsa a few time now screen went black while riding. With only the green headlight lights bottom left of the screen. Left on. First time last about 5 to 6 seconds and came back on. Mentioned it at my 800klm run in service. And was told it needed an update. Fair enough. Ride on a few months same thing happened over in Europe. Bit stayed off until I restarted the bike. Told dealer they said they need it back to go fault tracing. Any one here had it happen? Before I leave my bike in with them. Current software that they put in at time of first service 127_012_050
Thanks
Matt

Latest Software Update is: 127-015-050 which was done in August on my 1300 GSA.

The tft screen on my R1300GS went completely blank about 6 weeks ago. Couldn’t start the bike so had it recovered to local dealer who replaced the screen under warranty. When I enquired as to what the problem was I was told that the internal “clocks” had gone and they’d not come across this problem before. I assume this meant the microprocessors?
This was my first time of being recovered by BMW and the service was very good, keeping me informed of the recovery process although I was at home so not really an issue.
All ok since.
