Just a thought, Have you adjusted your riding hand position since buying this new bike?
Hands from elbow should be in straight line when rested on clutch and brake levers, most people forget that new bikes may be suited for a smaller or taller rider, hence wrist might be slightly bent when pulling in clutch or depressing brake levers. Increasing strain and blood circulation to fingers, meaning tingly finger syndrome experienced.
It is also for faster and safer braking too, no moving fingers up and onto lever.
