I can bring the tables.

Location for the Braai / BBQ, last time we used the flat part of the field, down by the fence. Assuming nobody nabs it ahead of us, I’d suggest the same spot again.

If someone (or someones) could bring wood - lumps and kindling - for the braai, great. It also makes a pretty good ‘fire pit’ thing afterwards, if there’s enough wood. I remember last year we had the excellent home made washing machine drum fire monster.

All we are left with then is to agree a time for the Braai / BBQ. Looking at the time stamp of this picture it was around 19:30 for 20:00…. But I recall it took us a while to get going (unsurprisingly):

That was the inaugural event, we didn't start eating until 10pm if I recall, something to do with some odd shaped balls

Last year's was far more organised, with eating starting at 7pm and a lot of condiments etc
