In that pic it shows where the fuse holder sits. That's where the fuse holder is on my 06 GSA. Seems a lot of other bikes have it mounted elsewhere. Left-hand side somewhere. Just incase yours is somewhere else.

Don`t worry about the ZFE, the fact that you have a light on the switch tells you you have power from the ZFE.
The feed from the ZFE to the switch is the trigger feed to the relay so next check for power out of the switch when the light is on.
Next check for power at the relay from the switch (purple wire)
This is obviously as suggested after checking all grounds (brown wires).

Broken or chafed wire,
Headstock or where a cable tie has been given a 3 weetabix fitting
