After more than 100,000km and 8 years of riding my 1100GS I have almost always used the kill switch ...... I've never read a thread on this site about a kill switch failing ....yet....but have read about plenty of problems with ignition switches shorting out and problems with the wiring connections to the switch....the kill switch is designed to kill the engine....that's waht it's designed for and that's what I use it for![]()
