Just had some warrenty work done by South London BMW.
Wow how good were they. Rang with the symptoms they said what they thought it would be
Arranged to have the bike picked up from my work. They came got it, repaired the preblem ( no surprise that the problem that they said on the phone was correct) and returned it to my work.
No charge to me at all and they even cleaned it.
This was a refereshing change having dealt with Honda and Kawasaki dealers in the past.
If this is the norm I will never buy another make of bike again.
