Tubliss question

Started dipping my toe into the off road scene. After hours of searching through forums I decided to go with the Tubliss system.
My question is, on the low pressure side, can I air up to say 25psi for the road as I have an hours riding to get to the good stuff then air down to the appropriate psi for off road? Bike is a KTM 500 exc f.

Yes you can.

I always intended to do that, but in practice I don't bother.

Can’t see why not.

I run Tubliss on a Husky 350 and tend to stick to around 10psi for everything (road and trail).

Could never be arsed with the faff of pumping it up for the road and letting down for trails as I was on knobbliest anyway and ten seemed to give a good balance for everything,

Not a problem. I did that to ride a 690R through Spain to Morrocco.

Yes. Have it on a set of SM- Pro wheels although in reality you never change it unless you want more grip. In which case you drop it to zero if needed and then when you get home reset it or at a fuel stop if there’s a lot of road to do.
However in all honesty - the wheels sit on the rack and I run mousses with a fully sealed rim strip and bolt in valve. That way I never worry about a puncture.(puncture tubliss and it’s an absolute ballache) and if I was to ever get stopped with a full spot check then they hold air if a pump is applied.(has been known to happen here in south wales due to the number of illegal bikes)
