I see I can get a set of Tourances for around £170 on-line, but would then need to get them fitted...question is where would I go, and how much would I pay??

I'd proably prefer to just rock up and get them fitted, but don't much like the idea of getting shafted for the convenience!!

Anyone use the National Tyre place near the bottom of Westgae road?

I usually find Hunters as good as anyone but they only fit them to loose wheels.

I've had rear tyres fitted elsewhere and balanced "for a beer" at the Westgate NT place.

Best bet is to call in and ask.

They do a spot-on job coz they're used to putting low profile rubber on bling alloys for Chavs.

Cheers - looks like I'll have to bling up my gs and head for the hill

Ride in service at Cestria Tyre & Exhaust Co. Unit 3. Station Road. Chester Le Street, County Durham, DH3 3DU. 0191 389 1004

I usually take loose wheels to Hunters, M&S Ncle or Mo Tech Consett...price to fit generally £6 - £10 wheel.

If Sunderland is better for you have a word with Daryl at DIT 07771 995849

and the winner was....

Ended up with some free time on Friday so wandered up to M&S qick fit -206 fitted (told you I was a lazy bugger!)

Note - M&S was deserted - hardly any bikes (for sale) -no punters!!
